  • Environmental Social Science Research Group (ESSRG)

    The ESSRG university research group was established in September 2004 in the Department of Environmental Economics, Institute of Environmental and Landscape Management (IELM) at the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences of Szent István University in Gödöllő, with the participation of lecturers, researchers and students.

    The group focuses on the study and teaching of environmental issues from a social science perspective, and its top objectives include better utilization of the potential in the synergy of educational and research activities.

  • GHG Analytics Ltd.

    The GHG Analytics Research and Consulting Ltd has been providing consulting services since 2011 in relation to the legislative and scientific background of climate change to its domestic and international clients.

    The company’s experts have several years of governmental and research experience from emission reduction through climate change adaptation.

  • Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Centre for Social Sciences

    The HAS Centre for Social Sciences conducts internationally renowned research in the fields of sociology, political science, legal studies and minority studies.

    It performs its scientific work in cooperation with Hungarian and international science centers, assisting the international presence of Hungarian research, without any political influence.

    The Hungarian National Association of Local Authorities (TÖOSZ) is the largest and most influential local government advocacy organization with over two decades of professional history, significant international relations and acknowledged experts.

    The TÖOSZ is the state government’s strategic partner with a continuously increasing membership, providing high quality services to its members or even the whole local authority sector on demand.

  • Nordland Research Institute

    Founded in 1979, the Norwegian Nordland Research Institute conducts surveys and organizes projects in the fields of regional development, innovation, environment and climate change, among others.

    The NGO places great emphasis on practical implementations as well as theoretical results, and has by now a workforce of almost 40 people.
